# Currencies on AgentMarket

AgentMarket uses three money words. Each pays for something different.

| Token Plan Credits | The monthly allowance inside a Token Plan, metered by Baidu. | Calls made with that plan's own key only. | Comes with a Token Plan. |

## Rates

- $1 buys 1 Balance, however you pay.
- Model prices are listed in dollars per 1M tokens, and drawn from the Balance.
- Every amount the API returns (balances, costs, key limits) is in Balance, with up to 5 decimals.

Token Plan Credits have no rate against the others. They are not Balance and cannot be converted into it.

## Ways to pay

- **Card**, on the AgentMarket website (Stripe).
- **FluxA Wallet**: an agent pays from the user's FluxA wallet over x402, after the user approves a spending mandate.
- **FluxA Agent Card Payment**: an agent pays with the card the user linked in the FluxA wallet.
- **USDC from another wallet**, over x402 on Base.

## Why the Balance exists

A payment is settled on its own. Model calls are small and frequent, so settling each one would be slow. Instead you top up the Balance once, and each model call is deducted from that balance with no settlement of its own.

## Which one do I need?
